It was actually just dragging it out of the inventory. Then grab an item from the inventory and hand it to Quill. To switch weapons you had to open an inventory using the touchpad. The only real frustration I had with the game was the inventory. when you returned to specific areas you could get a scroll that was not reachable earlier. This could be good or bad depending on your skill level. They are not difficult I was able to beat all of them without any frustration. The gameplay feels great and the few boss battles found in the game are really fun. If you are the type to just play as fast as possible you probably could make it through this game really fast. The length of the game for me was about 2 hours longer than the first game but I also play really slow looking around and really enjoying myself. The different special abilities of these weapons have almost as much an effect on navigation as on combat since they each make it possible to unlock new previously unreachable areas. As well as a magical hammer that was a bit overpowered in my opinion. You get a magical chakram that is weaker than the sword but has more distance and can destroy certain objects that the sword can not reach. You as the reader can power up Quill's sword and when powered up Quill can do a dash attack that will kill most enemies in a single strike. You are no longer limited to just a sword. ![]() It is a little hard to tell but it felt like the armor when worn did increase the number of hits you could take. You can form new paths using very specific vines. You get the ability to cause dead vines to sprout leaves making it so Quill can climb them. You quickly start gaining new abilities almost like a Metroidvania. The only exception is that the toad that you meet in the DLC knows you and you know it.Īt the start of the game, the mechanics are the same. The story continues as if you had not done the side quests that were added as part of the DLC for the original game. I love the continued story but I still have a few questions about the ending. Moss has just rescued her uncle from Sarfog and is now on a quest to find the other magical glasses that were mentioned in the first book. The story starts right after the events of the first book. It's just much shorter game but better story. As far as quality I put it up with Astro Bot rescue mission. The original Moss was one of my favorite early PSVR titles so much so I have it on PC and Oculus. I was finally excited to have a night that I could play Moss 2. Since my child was born I have not been able to play much VR. Game Discussions Previous AMAs PSVR Dev? Send us a message!.Legacy Side-Projects: Vue - PSTV Subscribe to upcoming events here.
